Since August 2021, Mr. Jaromir Jeßberger, M.Sc., has been employed as a research associate at LTTT in the framework of the Bavarian joint project, Geothermal Alliance Bavaria and will be supervised in his PhD by Professor Dr.-Ing. Brüggemann.

In his research project he investigates the integration of high temperature heat pumps in geothermal systems with focus on the partial load behavior, especially to cover peak loads. Furthermore, density and viscosity measurements of selected refrigerants as well as annual yield simulations based on real heat load profiles will be performed in the project.
