“Battery or hydrogen? Solutions for our energy future” in the framework of the TAO theme year ”Energy Future Upper Franconia”

Professor Dr. Marie-Louise Arlt, Business Informatics and Networked Energy Storage, Bavarian Center for Battery Technology and
Professor Dr.-Ing. Dieter Brüggemann, Engineering Thermodynamics and Transport Processes, Center of Energy Technology, University of Bayreuth
gave a lecture on the question - “We need energy storage - but which one?”.
The findings from the research work at the Bavarian Center for Battery Technology (BayBat) and the Center of Energy Technology (ZET) at the University of Bayreuth and the real implementation in the UBT Future Energy Lab Wunsiedel (FEL) were the central topics of the Bayreuth City Talks on April 2nd 2025.
